Focused Agility
Control Panel.

Your forms. Your conversations. Your email. One place to take control.

Too many plugins turn everyday work into a patchwork of settings, subscriptions, and disconnected information. We’re building a control panel designed to bring the essentials together, reduce plugin overlap, and give you a clear view of what your website is doing.

Forms, conversations, people and completed work connected through one central control

Forms that move work forward

The plan: flexible forms, conditional paths, useful submissions, and follow-up that keeps the context.

Conversations with continuity

The plan: bring inquiries and conversations together so your team can see what happened and what needs a response.

Email you can account for

Control the sender, reply address, subject, and message. See sending results and understand failures.

Your brand throughout

A consistent experience for visitors and your team, with your identity on forms and messages.

Less plugin overlap

A modular approach designed to reduce duplicated settings and the number of separate tools needed for everyday work.

A clearer view of the work

One control panel designed around the next action, with meaningful status and controls you can understand.

Focused Agility · A CauseWork.io company
People collaborating around a tableCommercial roots. Nonprofit purpose. Since 2012.

Experience that serves
something bigger.

Focused Agility began in 2012, building digital solutions exclusively for commercial businesses. That work shaped our approach to useful design, practical technology, and making the tools people depend on work better.

For the past three years, our focus has been nonprofits. We bring that commercial experience to organizations whose websites, systems, and everyday decisions support a mission.

Now, as a CauseWork.io company, we’re expanding that commitment through purpose-built websites, apps, plugins, and connected products. This transformation builds on the nonprofit work already at the heart of Focused Agility.

We’re here to give nonprofits the best digital products their money can buy—and to make those products worthy of the missions they serve.

Why Focused Agility

Your mission deserves
our best work.

Choosing technology means trusting it with your time, your resources, and the people who rely on you. Here is what guides our work.

Built around the work

Start with the people you serve, the staff doing the work, and the result you need. Those needs shape the design and the technology.

Design people want to use

Clear navigation, readable content, useful graphics, and thoughtful forms deserve the same attention as the code behind them.

Connections that earn their place

A form should lead somewhere useful. A message should keep its context. We design the path from a visitor’s first action to your team’s next step.

Clarity about what you own

Scope, licenses, hosting, support, and ongoing costs belong in the conversation before you commit. Your proposal should make those responsibilities clear.

Working products you can explore

Judge the work for yourself. Explore HUB and That’s My Pet, and see the websites built for Evolve Outreach and Kindred Tails Sanctuary.

Part of the CauseWork family

Focused Agility brings website and product development into a wider family of nonprofit technology, including CauseWorkHub. Your public presence and operational needs can be considered together.

How we work

Clear thinking.
Forward motion.

Understand

Start with the people, the purpose, and what should work better.

Define

Agree on the scope, the technology, the responsibilities, and the cost.

Build & refine

Make the solution tangible. Review it together and improve what matters.

Launch & support

Prepare for real use and agree on what happens after launch.

A few good questions

Before we begin.

Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. A project can focus on design, performance, accessibility, forms, integrations, or custom functionality. We start with what you have and identify what should be retained and what needs to change.

Do we have to use WordPress?

No. We work across content management systems, commerce platforms, and custom applications. The choice follows your requirements and the systems you need to connect.

Should we choose a PWA or a native app?

A PWA can offer an installable experience from a shared web platform. Native apps can be appropriate for deeper device integration or platform-specific needs. We help define the requirements before choosing the approach.

What will we own, and what costs continue?

Your proposal will identify ownership, licenses, hosting, maintenance, support, and any third-party costs before work begins. A one-time plugin price does not automatically include hosting or every external service.

What does a plugin purchase include?

Each product’s offer should specify its site license, included functionality, update policy, and support terms. Ask us about the functionality you need so we can identify the right option.

What do you need to get started?

Tell us about your organization, current website, audience, and goals. Share examples you like and why, along with any timing, budget, content, or features you already have in mind.

Let’s make something matter

What should work
better for you?

Start a conversation, tell us about your project, or stay connected.
